Javier and Kiki are hands down two of the best dance teachers I’ve had. Not only do they have such incredible talent as dancers, yet also as teachers. It really takes a special type of skill to be able to teach such talent to students in digestible ways. Their focus on technique is unmatched. Whether in their group classes or team practice, they always provide individual feedback (that not many instructors do). After every class, I walk away with one more thing I can work on and improve. I also highly recommend taking privates with them as they both know exactly how to cater the private to fit your needs. I’ve also had the privilege of taking Pilates classes with Kiki. It’s amazing how her knowing what you need to work on in dance can be applied to the Pilates class (and she’s also the best Pilates instructor I’ve had).
Simply put, Javier and Kiki are beautiful human beings who are truly invested in your growth as dancers. Their genuine, down-to-earth personalities truly make you feel welcome and comfortable. If you want to be pushed, grow as a dancer, and learn in a fun, safe environment, then I highly recommend learning from Javier and Kiki.
