Take your very first steps into the world of Salsa with us!
This level is designed for absolute beginners, this level focuses on building a strong foundation so you can dance with confidence.
Start your Salsa journey in a fun, supportive environment while mastering the fundamentals of Salsa On1
Prerequisite: Completion of a minimum of 2 cycles of Beginner Level 1 or a solid understanding of beginner Salsa On1 fundamentals.
Level 2 is where your dancing starts to grow and flow. You’ll expand on your basics and begin learning combinations, shines, style and variety.
Level 2 is where you start to transform your basics into fluid combinations you can use in any social dance.
Prerequisite: Completion of a minimum of 3 cycles of Level 2
Level 2.5 is where you’ll refine your skills, improve technique, and begin working on more intricate material. You’ll learn:
Faster shine sequences
Spin combinations
Smoother transitions in partnerwork
Enhanced styling for followers
Prerequisite: Completion Beginner ON1 Level 1 and Salsa ON1 Level 2 or a foundational understanding of Salsa ON2 timing and fundamentals.
This class is designed for dancers transitioning from On1 to On2 or those at a beginner level in Salsa On2. You’ll learn:
Shine combinations for On2 timing
Proper hand technique, styling, connection
Beginner level On2 turn patterns
Spin technique
Variations of beginner moves to expand your social dance repertoire
Level 2 is where you start to transform your basics into fluid combinations you can use in any social dance.
Prerequisite: Completion of a minimum of 3 cycles of Level 2
Level 2.5 bridges the gap between beginner/intermediate and intermediate dancing. You’ll refine your skills, improve technique, and begin working on more intricate material. You’ll learn:
Beginner level shines and body movement
Spin combinations
Smoother transitions in partnerwork
Enhanced styling for followers
Prerequisite: Completion of a minimum of 4 cycles of Level 2.5
Level 3 is designed for dancers who are confident with beginner level social dancing and ready to take their dancing to the next level. You’ll learn:
Intermediate level shines and body movement
Multiple spin combinations
Faster partnerwork patterns
Deeper musical interpretation
Prerequisite: Completion of a minimum of 6 cycles of Level 3
Level 4 is for Advanced dancers who want to refine their artistry and master advanced social dance techniques. You’ll learn:
Advanced level shines and body movement
Intricate partnerwork, transitions, and turn patterns
Advanced spin combinations and styling
Musical improvisation

Prerequisite: Completion of a minimum of 2 cycles of Level 2.5
Dive deep into the rhythm, styling, and energy of Mambo footwork. This class focuses entirely on solo shines and technique, challenging you with intricate foot patterns, speed drills, and timing variations that improve your control, balance, and musicality. You'll also develop upper body coordination and expression, enhancing your ability to perform confidently whether social dancing or on stage. Mambo Lab Footwork is the perfect space for advanced beginner and intermediate dancers to push their limits and discover their unique flavor in solo movement.
Prerequisite: Completion of a minimum of 4 cycles of Level 2.5
This class brings together high-level partnerwork, musical interpretation, and advanced technique. Dancers will work on challenging turn patterns, frame control, and lead/follow sensitivity with a special focus on the fast, elegant feel of Mambo On2. You’ll learn performance-ready combinations that emphasize timing, connection, and execution. Mambo Lab Partnerwork is ideal for dancers already comfortable at an intermediate level and looking to develop their social dancing, performance skills, or audition for teams and choreography programs.

Begin your Bachata journey in a welcoming, supportive environment while mastering the fundamentals.
Prerequisite: Completion of a minimum of two cycles of Beginner Level 1 or a solid understanding of beginner Bachata fundamentals.
Level 2 is where your dancing starts to grow and flow. You’ll expand on your basics and begin learning combinations, shines, style, and variety. You’ll learn:

Smoother, more dynamic transitions
Intermediate level styling and musical interpretation
Faster and more complex partnerwork combination
Prerequisite: Completion of a minimum of 6 cycles of Level 3
Level 4 is for seasoned dancers who want to refine their artistry and master advanced social dance techniques. You’ll learn:
Advanced level shines, syncopation, isolations, body movement
Advanced partnerwork, transitions, and combinations
Musical improvisation
This specialty course focuses on footwork rooted in traditional Dominican Bachata while introducing modern fusion elements. Designed for dancers at Levels 2.5 or 3, it helps build coordination, rhythm, and musicality through body movement and syncopation.
You’ll explore timing variations, classic steps, and intricate foot patterns that strengthen your solo dancing.
Explore the elegance of Argentine Tango in this progressive 8 week course. You'll learn foundational skills like posture, embrace, walking technique, ochos, and musicality, all designed to build your confidence on the social dance floor. No experience or partner required.
